Drop in on any Thursday between 10.30am and 4pm to join Mandy Allen and her spinning friends to learn both drop and wheel spinning. Bring your own wheel if you wish. The sessions are free although we do ask for a suggested donation as you can afford. Refreshments are provided plus lots of warm and friendly support whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned spinner. No need to book.

Spinning workshops are also hosted from time to time by the hugely knowledgeable Jackie Millichap. When advertised, book early to avoid disappointment.​ Refreshments are included.
